Outline:
- Rev. Ray
Chandler, youth minister of Emmanuel and
former Eagle Scout graciously volunteers
to quide the Scorpion Partol through
their "God and Family" program.
- Brother Ray
donated four Tuesday away from his young
family to facilitate the training during
our normal Tuesday night den meetings in
the Scout Room.
- All of the
scouts participated.
- The sermon
on Scout Sunday was "Duty to God and
Country".
- The scouts
are presented their "God and
Family" Medals.
- WDL
Richard, as senior BSA representative,
filling in for absent Cubmaster, delivers
impromtu speak recognizing the
contributions of Brother Ray, and
presenting him a small token of our
appreciation - a BSA Eagle Pen and
Pencil set.
- As
previously arranged by Brother Ray and
WDL Richard, we extended the "God
and Family" training by visiting
five home-bound congragation members
after the service.
