Outline:

second year in a row, the theme of our
annual "Blue and Gold" was
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY - BSA".
- The stage
of the EUMC gymnasium was decorated with
Blue and Gold balloons surrounding a
"Happy Birthday - BSA" banner.

Scorpion Patrol had 100% participation.
